Mini OREO Dirt Cups

Welcome them home from school with these fun, blooming desserts. They are fun to make and delicious.

  1. Twist 4 cookies to separate tops from bottoms. Place the end of a pretzel stick in the filling of each cookie half. Secure with small dabs of cookie icing. Cover with remaining cookie halves to reassemble cookie sandwiches, gently pressing top cookie halves into pretzel-covered cookie bottoms to secure.  
  2. Use remaining cookie icing to attach 1 flower sprinkle to the outside of each pretzel-filled cookie sandwich. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Crush remaining cookies into coarse crumbs, then spoon over pudding snacks. Top with green sprinkles. 
  4. Insert stems of cookie flowers into tops of dirt cups before serving.

Simply spread the flat sides of 8 cookies with nut butter, then spread the flat sides of the remaining cookies with jam. 

Makes 8 cookie sandwiches.
