Roasting Directions: Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 425 degree F. If possible, position rack to middle of the oven. Step 2: In bowl, toss veggies with 2 tablespoons of your favorite cooking oil and enclosed seasoning packet. Step 3 spread out veggies evenly on baking sheet pan. Step 4: Place in oven and bake or 18-20 minutes turning vegetables once halfway through cooking. Note: Cooking time may vary based on oven.
