Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry (Our Preferred Method): Preheat heavy cast iron skillet. Place frozen patties in skillet and turn burner to medium-low heat. Pan fry 5-6 minutes per side. Grill: Cook frozen patties over hot coals or on a gas grill. Grill 6-7 minutes per side. Broil: Preheat broiler. Place frozen patties on a rack 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 5-1/2 - 6-1/2 minutes per side. Note: Cooking times may vary. Patties are done when internal temperatures reaches: 165 degrees F as measure with a food thermometer. Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. If thawed do not refreeze. Keep frozen.
