Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Preheat grill or broiler to medium heat. Remove product from package and place on grill or under the broiler. Turn meat ever 5 min. until desired doneness is achieved (medium 145 degrees F internally, med. rare 142 degrees F). Average cooking time is 20-30 min. Remove from grill, cover and let sit for 5 min. Thinly slice, pour excess juices over slices and serve.
