Remove and discard outer husks and silk from corn. Place on a large plate and drizzle with oil.
Preheat an outdoor grill (or large grill pan) over medium-high heat.
Once the grill is hot, add the corn and cook, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, 8-10 minutes. Remove to a serving platter.
Meanwhile, wash, dry, and shave cilantro leaves off the stems; discard stems and mince the leaves. Place in a small bowl and set aside for serving.
Wash, dry, and zest lime into another small bowl. Cut lime into wedges and set aside for serving.
Add mayo and spices to the bowl with the lime zest. Stir to combine the chili-lime mayo.
To serve, spread corn with chili-lime mayo; sprinkle with cilantro and feta. Garnish with lime wedges for squeezing. Enjoy!
