When can I get my groceries delivered? Same day?
We deliver 7 days a week between 9 AM and 10 PM local time, at most locations. Yes, we have same day delivery most days. All available delivery windows will be displayed when you reserve a time or checkout.
What is the delivery fee?
If you are a new customer, you get FREE delivery on your first order. Simply enter the Promo Code: FREE at checkout. You may also qualify for FREE or discounted delivery fees on subsequent orders. Please refer to the "How do I get free or discounted delivery?" question for ways to save on delivery fees. Regular home delivery rates in most areas are $9.95 on purchases of $150 or more (excluding applicable tax, delivery fee, fuel surcharge, bottle deposits and bag fees where applicable) and $12.95 on purchases under $150 (excluding applicable tax, delivery fee, fuel surcharge, bottle deposits and bag fees where applicable). Bag fees where applicable may also apply. Business delivery fees are described below. There are also ways to get FREE or discounted delivery. Please refer to the "How do I get free or discounted delivery?" question for ways to save. A fuel surcharge may apply. A fuel surcharge will be triggered only when the price of a gallon of gasoline rises above $2.75. The surcharge will be directly tied to the retail price of gasoline as published by the Department of Energy https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/ If average retail price of gasoline is under $2.75 then no fuel surcharge. If average retail price of gasoline falls between $2.76 and $2.85, then fuel surcharge is $0.28. If average retail price of gasoline falls between $2.86 and $2.95, then fuel surcharge is $0.38. If average retail price of gasoline falls between $2.96 and $3.05, then fuel surcharge is $0.48. Add an additional $0.10 in fuel surcharge for each additional $0.10 increase in gasoline prices. The surcharge will be listed on your final receipt. If you qualify for Free Delivery, there is no fuel surcharge.
How do I get FREE or Discounted delivery?
If you are a new customer, you get FREE delivery on your first online order. Simply enter the Promo Code: FREE at checkout. You may qualify for daily FREE delivery offers. Click the "Deals" link below the search bar at the top of the page to view offers. Discounted delivery options are also available every day (windows noted with "Save $") on the “Delivery Date & Time” section of checkout page.
Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
Yes, for Attended Delivery windows, someone over the age of 18 must be present. If someone over the age of 18 isn't present at the time of delivery, your driver will return your items and issue a refund to the credit card used. If your order contains alcoholic beverages, tobacco products or other age-restricted items, someone over the age of 21 must be present to accept and sign for the delivery or pick-up. Valid (non‑expired, government issued) identification confirming the age of the person signing for the delivery or pick-up of any age-restricted items is required where that person reasonably appears to be under the age of 30. In select areas, we also offer Unattended Delivery windows. There's no need to be present. Groceries are left on your doorstep. To ensure freshness, retrieve your groceries by the end of your selected Unattended Delivery window. Alcoholic beverages and other restricted items are not available with Unattended Delivery. Unrestricted access to your doorstep is required. Please do not select Unattended Delivery if your doorstep is not a safe location to leave groceries. Pavilions is not responsible for your grocery order once it is delivered unattended. Pavilions is not responsible for any theft or damage that occurs after delivery.
Can I pick up my order at the store?
Order pickup is available at a number of our stores within 2 hours. If “Drive Up & Go” is displayed when you reserve a time or checkout, choose any available window. Your order will be brought to your vehicle when you arrive at the store.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo. Cash, Pavilions gift cards, Fast Forward, personal checks and other charge accounts are currently not accepted for online orders. Can I find all the products online that I buy in the store?
You may find nearly the same selection you might find in your local Pavilions store. Some items however, like hot prepared foods don't transport well. Additionally, items such as greeting cards, magazines, books, DVDs and stamps are currently excluded from our online selection. Others may be unavailable at times.
Why does my order confirmation at checkout say that prices are estimates only?
The prices quoted on the site at the time of your online order are estimated prices only. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery because of variations in product weights (e.g. random weight items such as produce), available prices and promotions between the date you submit your order and the date/time your order is filled and delivered, substitutions, taxes, bottle deposits and item availability.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally, we may run out of an item. At checkout we ask you if you would like us to attempt to substitute a similar item. You always have the option of returning a substituted item for a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with an item when it is delivered, notify your driver, and he/she will return it and your credit card will receive a refund for the price charged for the item. If your driver is no longer present, please contact Customer Support at 1-877-505-4040 to help resolve the issue. If an item is missing from your order, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify Customer Support for a full refund. Note that certain items, including alcoholic beverages, baby formula and tobacco products cannot be returned or refunded once you have accepted delivery.
Can I make changes to a submitted order?
Yes, just sign in and click “My Account” at the top of the page, then "My Orders," and follow the easy instructions for changing your order. You can change your order up until the cutoff time specified for the delivery or pickup window you selected. All times listed are local to your area. Please Note: Changing your delivery or pickup date may affect item prices and promotions. Also, Promo Codes cannot be entered during the Order Edit process. If you qualify for additional Promo Codes, please make a note of the offer(s) and call toll-free at 1-877-505-4040 after you receive your order, and we'll apply the appropriate credit.
