Stovetop (Recommended): Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray or add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and preheat over medium. Add frozen burgers and cook covered for 11 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally through cooking. Microwave (1100 watt): Place 1 frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate, microwave on high for 1 minute, turn over and cook for another 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds. For 2 burgers, microwave for 2 minutes, turn over and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen burgers on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 14 to 15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Grill: Preheat grill on medium heat. Grill frozen burgers for 8 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent burning. Cook thoroughly. 165 degrees F for food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Serving Suggestion: Veggies, corn, salsa & bun not included. Keep frozen.
