(3) Place pork tender in shallow roasting pan (If cooking 2 tenders space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 25-30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes.). (4) Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. (5) Uncover and bake for additional 5-10 minutes until tender reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
