Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan (or use paper baking cups). 2. Empty muffin pouch into a bowl. Add 2 eggs, 1/3 cup canola oil and 1 cup skim milk. Stir until moistened. 3. Pour batter into prepared muffin pans (about 3/4 full). Bake at 400 degrees F for 16-21 minutes. 4. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
