Directions
Heating Instructions: Microwave: Place ham steak on microwave dish and cover with paper towel. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Microwave ovens vary, healing time is approximate. Stove Top: Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a large pan over medium-high heat, be careful not to burn. Place ham steak in pan and heat for 1 minute. Turn ham steak and heat for an additional 1 minute. Outdoor Gas Grill: Preheat grill on high heat. With the lid opened, place ham steak on grilling surface and heat for 45 seconds. Turn ham steak over and heat for additional 45 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
