You’ll need. 1/2 lb ground beef. (or swap for ground turkey!). 1 cup reduced fat milk. 1 1/4 cups water. Yum in 3 steps: (1) Cook: Fully cook 1/2 lb of ground beef in skillet. Drain; return cooked meat o skillet. (2) Add: In the same skillet, add 1 1/4 cups of water, 1 cup of reduced fat milk, seasoning, and pasta. Stir until boiling. (3)Relax: Reduce heat. Simmer covered and stir occasionally for 10-11 minutes. For food safety and ham, follow the cooking directions. Cook thorougly to internal of at least 160 F. Refrigerate left overs Get creative! Try adding goodies like: crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese. Store in a cool, dry place. Push to open.
