Directions
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and place ground (from refrigerated state) into pan. Cook ground while breaking up to a desired size with a spatula. Continue to cook for a total of 4-5 minutes. Stirring often. Until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
