Directions Preparation Instructions: Run cold water over quinoa in a fine meshed strainer until water is clear. In a 1.5 quart saucepan, add 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff gently with a fork and serve. Makes about 3 cups cooked. Store in a cool, dry place.
