Directions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring 1-3/4 cup water to a boil (For softer rice odd 1/4 cup more water. For firmer rice add 1/4 cup less water). 2. Stir in 1 cup Mahatma Jasmine Rice with Quinoa (Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp salt pepper per cup of uncooked rice, if desired). 3. Cover and reduce heat to low. 4. Simmer 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. 5. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
