Stove Top Directions: Pick a Protein: 1lb., cut into 2-inch cubes. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs. Cook: Brown chicken pieces. Mix 2 cups water, Rice Mix, cooked chicken and 1 tbsp. butter in 3-quart saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Enjoy: Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Tips and Tricks: Veggify: Add 2 cups sauteed sliced onions or sliced bell pepper. Quick & easy: Try using rotisserie chicken. Homemade: Add 1 can drained red kidney beans and thinly sliced green onions.
