Now let's make some pancakes. All you need is water. Mix: 4 inch pancakes: 4-6; Mix; 1/2 cup; Water: 1/2 cup. 4 inch pancakes: Make the entire bag; Mix: 1 bag; Water: 2 to 2-1/4 cups. Make: Mix. Batter will be thin at first. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken. Cook over medium heat on a lightly greased skillet, flip once and serve when golden brown. Prefer Waffles? To make four-to-six 4 inches waffles, blend: 1/2 cup mix, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tbsp. oil (we suggest coconut oil). Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
