Directions Corn Muffins: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease muffin tins. In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup 2% milk. Stir until ingredients are just moistened. Batter will be slightly lumpy. This will not affect results. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 full. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Corn Bread Sticks: Prepare as directed for corn muffins except spoon batter into preheated, greased corn stick molds. Bake 14 to 16 minutes.
