Directions Keep refrigerated. Fry: Cook in skillet over Medium heat to desired crispness. Drain on paper towels. Bake: Place separated bacon slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. No turning necessary. Microwave: Place bacon slices between paper towels on paper plate. Cook on High power. 2 Slices: 1 1/2-2 min, 4 slices - 2-1/2 - 3 min.
