Directions Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these, Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven (for a 1200W microwave): For the best vegetable quality, please remove lid entirely and cover with paper towel while microwaving. Cook on High for 4 minutes or until hot throughout. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Conventional Oven (Do not place this bowl in the oven): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safer dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 25 minutes; stir and re- cover; cook an additional 18 minutes. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying! Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degree F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen my friend!
