Bake: Cooking Instructions from Frozen:
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155°F before enjoying! Use care not to overcook. Fry: Cooking Instructions from Frozen:
Skillet: Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10–11 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155°F before enjoying! Use care not to overcook.
Keep frozen.
