Directions Do not refreeze. Keep frozen. Thawing Instructions: Thaw overnight in refrigerator, then rinse lightly with cold running water and drain well. Or, for a quick thaw, place in a colander under cold running water for 5-7 minutes, gently rotating shrimp to ensure even thawing. Drain well. Once the shrimp is thawed, it is ready to serve or use in your favorite recipe. Preparation Instructions for Hot Recipes: Although, this product is best served chilled, you may use in your favorite hot dish by adding after all other ingredients have been heated. Cook 1-2 minutes more or until shrimp is warmed throughout. Be careful not to overcook.
