How to Cook: Flavorful and firm Wild Baja Shrimp can be boiled with spices, broiled, barbecued, sauteed, stuffed, steamed or used in soup or stews. Thawed shrimp cooks in 1-1/2 minutes at a rapid boil; takes only about 1-3 minutes on each side on the grill. Be careful not to overcook.
