Directions
Basic Prep: Toss 1 cup Brown Arborio Rice and 1 tablespoon olive oil in saucepan over medium heat to toast. Add 2-1/2 cups water or stock and bring to boil. Stir, cover and reduce heat to simmer, cooking until liquid has evaporated, about 20 minutes. Makes 3 cups cooked. Store in a cool, dry place.
