Ingredients: 1 box (8 oz) Artisan Bread Stuffing; 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine (For Light Recipe, reduce butter or margarine to 1/4 cup and increase broth or water 1/4 cup); 1 cup onion, diced 1/4 inches; 1 cup celery, diced 1/4 inches; 1-1/2 cups chicken broth or water (For reduced sodium, use unsalted butter and reduced sodium chicken broth or water).
