Directions Cooking Instructions: From your pantry you will need 2 large eggs; 7 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Allow paper to overhang on all sides of pan. Beat eggs with an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or a hand mixer, at high speed for 2 minutes. Fold in brownie mix. Add butter and beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread batter onto prepared pan. Bake for 30-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Makes one 8-inch square pan.
