Directions You will need: 2 egg yolks, (keep the whites for meringue). 1 tbsp butter; 1/3 cup cold water & 2 cups boiling water; 1/4 cup sugar (for the meringue prep). 1. Mix it up! Mix 2 slightly beaten fresh egg yolks & cold water with mix. Add boiling water. 2. Cook it! Cook over medium heat & stir constantly. When bubbles first break the surface, continue to boil & stir for 30 sec. Remove from heat & stir in butter. 3. Cool & pour it! Cool 5 min., stirring twice. Pour into baked, cooled 9 inch pie shell. Note: Meringue Topping: You will need 2 egg whites & 1/4 cup sugar. Beat 2 fresh egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks from. Top pie with meringue & bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) until golden, about 12 min. cool before serving. Microwave Directions: Follow carefully. 1. In 8 cup microwave bowl mix 2 slightly beaten egg yolks and 1/3 cup cold water with contents of pouch. Add 2 cups boiling water. Cook uncovered at high (100%) 2 to 4 min. or until
