Noodles, a staple of Chinese cookery, are served in popular noodle houses all over the world. Each house offers its own variations. What they have in common is noodles: oodles of them - wheat noodles, rice noodles, mung bean noodles in all shapes - fat, thin, flat and curly. What distinguishes one dish from another is what goes in with the noodles, and what goes in with the rice noodles in Amy's noodle meal is distinctive. Baked tofu, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, julienned carrots and lots other organic vegetables are immersed in sauce. Once again, it's the sauce that makes the difference. We've taken a traditional sauce and added cashew butter to create a sauce to top a meal so delicious your guests might make your house the noodle house of your neighborhood. Family Owned Since 1987. Directions
Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Ovens may vary: Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 3-4 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Stir. Cover bowl with foil. Bake for 30-35 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
