Directions
For Great Tasting Fajitas: Makes 4 servings. 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 medium red or green bell pepper, sliced; 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken sliced breasts, sliced into strips; 1 large onion; 1 pouch (7 oz.) Ortega Fajita Skillet Sauce; 8 Ortega Flour Soft Tortillas, warmed. Heat vegetable oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, cook pepper and onion 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Return chicken to skillet and stir in Fajita Skillet Sauce. Cook until heated through. Serve in warmed tortillas with your favorite toppings. Just add chicken.
