Umpqua valley. Est. 1978. Henry Estate is a family owned and operated winery located in Southwestern Oregon near Roseburg. Founded in 1978 by aerospace engineer, Scott Henry, the winery is dedicated to producing varietal wines from Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, White Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Innovative trellising techniques in the 1980's led to the development of the Scott Henry Vertical Trellis now used in vineyards throughout the world. The original vineyard was planted in 1972 on land that has been owned and farmed by the Henry family for over 80 years. Alc 13.5% by vol. Produce of USA.
