Directions Cook thoroughly. For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook from frozen. Conventional Oven (preferred method): Plan for a total cook time of up to 1 hour 10 minutes. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove tray from outer carton. 3. With a knife, cut slits in the film for venting. 4. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack in oven. 5. Cook for 30 minutes, rotate tray and cook for another 30 minutes. 6. Remove film and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until 165 degrees F internal temperature has been attained. 7. Carefully remove tray from oven. 8. Let product stand 5 minutes before serving. Microwave Oven (1000 watt): Plan for a total cook time of up to 26 minutes. 1. Remove tray from outer carton. 2. Pull back two corners of the film to vent. 3. Place product into microwave and cook 20 minutes at medium power. 4. Rotate tray and cook on high for 4-6 minutes or until 165 degrees F internal temperature has been attained. 5. Remove from microwave and let product stand 5 minutes before serving. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Caution: Product will be hot.
