Directions Perishable - Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time as necessary. Stove Top: Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid/rolling boil in a saucepan. Add half bag (or less) of frozen vegetables. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and boil gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and stir prior to serving. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. Place half bag (or less) of vegetables in a microwave-safe container. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. Cook on high, full (100%) power for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
