Heating: Skillet: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok. (Optional: Before cooking vegetables add 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces. Cook approximately 5 minutes or until chicken turns white, turning often.) 2. Add frozen vegetables. 3. Stir vegetable 5 to 8 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F) or until crisp-tender. Microwave: 1. Place frozen vegetables in 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3. Heat on high 5 to 7 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F), stirring halfway through the cooking time. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. To retain highest quality and texture, do not overcook. Meat, poultry or seafood should be thoroughly cooked before adding the frozen vegetables. Keep frozen until ready to use.
