Directions Shake well before using, refrigerate after opening. Rinse brisket thoroughly and trim fat layer. Place in a plastic zipper bag or other suitable container. Pour in 1/3 cup Gold Buckle Brisket Sauce per pound of brisket. Cover or seal; refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours, turning frequently to coat all surfaces. Oven: Preheat 250-275 degrees. Bake 30 min./lb. or until done, basting frequently. Allow to steep in sauce 15 min. before removing. Slice and enjoy! Grill/Smoker: Preheat grill until coals are white. Arrange coals so that the center is void of heated coals. Smoke or grill at least 35 min./lb. or until done.
