After selecting a pickup window that fits your day, just park in the designated DriveUp & Go™ stalls and let us know you’re here via the app. We’ll bring your groceries out and load them into your car for you.
Will my Pavilions for U™ offers apply?
Absolutely. Your current Pavilions for U™ offers, digital coupons, and rewards points apply to your pickup order just like they do in-store. Simply ensure you’re signed into your account when shopping online, and your savings will be reflected on your final receipt at pickup.
Do Pavilions Associates load my car?
Yes! Once you’ve arrived and checked in, a Pavilions Associate will bring your groceries to your vehicle and handle the loading for you. It’s designed to be a seamless, "no-unbuckle" experience so you can get back on the road faster.
Is there a fee for grocery pickup at Pavilions?
Pickup fees at Pavilions vary based on your location and the specific time slot you choose. You’ll always see any applicable service fees clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order—no hidden surprises.
Can I use digital coupons with my Pavilions DriveUp & Go™ order?
Yes, you can stack the savings by applying digital coupons and earning loyalty rewards points on eligible items. Be sure to "clip" your coupons in the Pavilions app or website before completing your purchase to see the discounts applied to your total.
Does Pavilions also offer grocery delivery?
We do! If you prefer to stay home, Pavilions offers grocery delivery 7 days a week. You can choose a delivery window that fits your schedule, with many areas offering same-day service in as little as 30 minutes.
