Introducing our Flash Delivery and Pickup/DuG (Drive-Up & Go) program, designed to bring you ultimate convenience and speed. Available in select areas, this service allows you to get your grocery essentials in a flash, with no markups on prices. Operating hours vary by store, ensuring we fulfill when we promise. With a maximum basket size of 35 items (delivery may vary), you can shop without limits. While some items requiring preparation time are excluded, everything else in-store is eligible, guaranteeing a wide selection at your fingertips. Plus, as a Fresh Pass member, enjoy discounted delivery and pickup fees, making your shopping experience even more affordable.The final price will be calculated on the designated fulfillment date. Some of the order details may change as your product(s) are fulfilled over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, delivery fees).Some products available for purchase on our website may not be eligible for the Flash program. In the event multiple product subscriptions exist, these will be grouped together into one order.
Service available only in select areas; operating hours of Flash Grocery Delivery and Pickup vary by store. Maximum basket size up to 35 items in a purchase and will vary by location. (Areas further from store location subject to reduced maximum for Delivery). Select items only eligible for Flash Delivery. Fulfillment time is not a guarantee and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.

If an item selected to your Flash order is out of stock, we will substitute it with a similar item if you have enabled the substitution option.
Flash and DUG does not include alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, certain frozen items, and food requiring extra preparation time. Items excluded from the program will not be shown in the product order menu[MP(2] .
Credit Card Authorizations and Charges
When you participate in our Flash program, you will be required to expressly agree to permit us to charge your chosen payment method. Once your order is processed, your payment method will be charged for the authorized amount. The amount ultimately charged will reflect any changes to the order you have made after the payment authorization. If you provide a club card or loyalty telephone number during registration, you will earn rewards points on a Flash order just like a regular online order placed with us.
Renewal; CancellationThe amount you are ultimately charged for a product fulfilled pursuant to our Flash program will be the price of that item at the time the order is fulfilled. If you have clipped any then-current coupons, we will apply all such applicable coupons with valid expirations dates at the time your order is processed. If a product subscribed to your Flash order has an eligible coupon but you do not clip it at the time your Flash order is fulfilled, we will not apply such coupon to your order. You will not be charged until your order is delivered or picked up. The total cost charged to your payment method for each Flash order will be the price of the item(s) and any applicable discounts, plus any applicable taxes, delivery fees, deposits, fees and charges. Delivery fees will apply based on the order fulfillment window. Delivery fees may vary for FreshPass subscribers.If we are unable to complete your Flash order with that payment method, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to update the payment method in your account.
